Madona is now in Hospital after accident

Pop queen Madonna was rushed to hospital after she fell off her horse while horseback riding in the Hamptons.Although injuries were not serious, the Material Girl was taken to the hospital for precautionary measures, reports TMZ. Madonna was at the home of photographer Steven Klein at the time and was reportedly wearing full riding gear, including a helmet, when she fell, reports Daily Telegraph. This is the second time Madonna has fallen from the horse. In 2005, she fell while riding in London on her birthday and suffered several broken bones. Meanwhile, Sacha Baron Cohen has reportedly apologised to Madonna after mocking her bid to adopt an African baby in his new movie Bruno. The 'Borat' star was said to have sent a bouquet of flowers to the 50-year-old singer, who was reportedly upset following the gag.

Madonna again spotted with her younger boyfriend Jesus Luz

April,17,09
Madonna has again been spotted with her much younger boyfriend Jesus Luz even though they had broken up weeks ago.Madonna split from the model, who is 22 years her junior, days before flying into Malawi in a failed attempt to adopt the three-year-old child Mercy James. But she has had a change of heart and they were photographed leaving in the same car after having dinner together at Morandi restaurant in Manhattan, dailymail.co.uk reported. Madonna was dressed a bit more conservatively in black stilettos, tights and a black winter coat. Before she climbed into the same car as Luz, she walked out of the restaurant hand-in-hand with a female friend.

Madonna Adoption Ruling Delayed

march,31,09
Madona will have to wait until the end of the week to find out whether she will be able to take home Mercy James -- a Malawian court has delayed a ruling on the adoption until Friday.

The singer flew to the African nation over the weekend with her 12-year-old daughter Lourdes and 3-year-old-David Banda, whom she adopted from the country in 2006.

And she has formalized her bid to make Mercy a part of her family, filing adoption papers at a courthouse in the capital Lilongwe on Monday morning.

But the judge presiding over the hearing has adjourned the proceedings until Friday -- meaning Madonna will have to wait four days to find out whether she will be able to make the girl an official member of her family.

The adoption bid has sparked outrage amongst the child's surviving relatives, with her grandmother, Lucy Chekechiwa, 61, vowing to fight to keep the tot in Malawi.

Children's charities have also criticized the star for adopting from abroad -- insisting orphaned kids need to remain in their native countries in the care of their extended families.

The controversy mirrors the furor that surrounded Madonna's adoption of David Banda in 2006 -- with some accusing the Malawian government of side-stepping the country's adoption laws because of the singer's fame and wealth. The adoption was subsequently finalized last year following two years of legal wrangling.
