Angeles: Mallika Sherawat is keeping a low profile back home, but abroad she is making men go wild with her offers! Recently, at a fundraiser hosted by the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA), she gave philanthropy a new twist and had herself auctioned!
The guests and invitees had to bid for a wine-tasting dinner for 12 people with Ashok Amritraj, CEO of Hyde Park Entertainment.
A source close to the actor informed, “Mallika doesn’t drink and hence did not taste the wine. However, she was more than happy about being invited by IFFLA to be a part of the fundraiser and giving her the opportunity to meet the NRI community and to discover its culture- something she is so curious about.”
The source added, “She was particularly kicked about the Celebrity Live Auction event, which offered the winner a chance to spend a day with Mallika at a professional photo shoot.”
The photo shoot with Mallika Sherawat was sold for $1400.
