Mumbai: The ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ sensation, Frieda Pinto has become the top earning Bollywood actress charging a whopping 15 crore fee. With this, Pinto has overtaken her Indian rivals to become the real millionaire ‘Queen of Bollywood’.

Freida, who played the charming Latika in the Oscar winning flick, has now become the highest paid actress in India.

According to reports, her earnings have surpassed £2 million. The actress, who was fairly unknown till sometime back has hit a jackpot since ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ swept last month’s Oscars. Pinto has bagged a series of lucrative roles in films being shot by a number of top Hollywood directors including Woody Allen and Julian Schnabel.

The dusky beauty has created quite a sensation down Hollywood and is featuring on the covers of all top magazines. She is also the new face of international cosmetic giant ‘Estee Lauder’.

The western media has tagged her as ‘a true global face’ already and with this she has attained a position, which no other Indian actress has achieved so far in Hollywood.
